Hi, Im Caitlin, nice to you have you here!

I've been helping buyers and sellers throughout Berkeley, Oakland, and the greater East Bay for more than 15 years. I'm proud to have ranked among the top 3% of East Bay Realtors, but what matters most to me is helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout one of life's biggest decisions.

A native San Franciscan, I crossed the bridge to the East Bay to raise my family and never looked back. In 2017, a breast cancer diagnosis led us to press pause on life and spend two unforgettable years living in Bali. That chapter changed my perspective in countless ways and gave me an even deeper appreciation for home, community, and making the most of every season of life.

I'm endlessly fascinated by East Bay micro-markets and love helping clients discover the neighborhood that feels just right. I have a soft spot for old houses, hidden pathways, the energy of the university, La Fournée morning buns, the dollar coffee at Star Grocery, and Sunday brunch at Berkeley's Thai Temple.

When I'm not helping clients maximize the value of their biggest asset, you'll probably find me world wandering, practicing French, goofing off with my very loud children, or supplying the wine—but never the food—at Sunday family dinners.
